You may have noticed it's taking the sun longer to rise in the morning Sad and therefore over the coming months it'll still be dark at the start of the rides (especially if you ride out a distance to meet up at Hornsby).

Maybe it's time to give your existing lights a once over to make sure they still work, get fresh batteries or charge the powerpack and if they don't work (or if you don't have a set at all) buy/order a set so you're ready.

For the next few weeks a small front flashing LED (so you'll be seen on the road) will probably suffice but after that a decent powerful LED spotlight (so you can see the road) will be required.

A good rear LED is also advised but remember that while you may want a super bright one so you'll be seen by following cars, it won't make you any friends once your riding in the bunch.... Eye-wink
