Which is better than hitting the road. FINALLY ... Pacific Highway, Asquith is resurfaced. No more holes, gravel, humps, bumps, cracks and crap. Thank you RTA, you have made that stretch of road applicable for a road bike to use. I'm so happy, I had to share the joy I will feel tomorrow...

Great news, I always tried to avoid going along there. Safer riding for sure.
One of My worst rides to work crashs was going around a corner at Epping and having to decided in a seconded to trust a car driver to break or move or hit a large pot hole. Choose the pot hot got thrown off into parked cars and ripped my chin open, blood everywhere and still got up and rode home then off to get stitchery..

Now, if they could get around to resurfacing that huge section of Roubaix like tarmac at Bannockburn Road (in the dip just prior to the left turn onto Pentecost) we'd be set for a smooth ride.
